Join us for a beautiful day at the Nature Study Area and celebrate Earth Day!
The Parks Foundation would like to invite you join us us this April 24 for our Spring Plantapalooza volunteer event. With your help, we will plant 750 native plants to restore the wetland at the Nature Study Area. This is going to be an exciting, Covid safe, family-friendly and earth-friendly event that you won't to miss! Details and registration are below.

Who: You, me, your friends, family, and the Parks Foundation- All are welcome!
What: Spring Plantapalooza- come get your plant on! Help us plant 750 native species.
Where: The Nature Study Area; 6800 Pembroke Dr. , Reno, NV, 89502
When: Saturday April 24, 2021. 8:00 a.m. - Noon
A Few Other Handy Hints:
You must register to attend (the button below will take you registration)
Long pants and closed toed shoes are required
Masks are required! (bonus points for a spring/plant themed mask...)
BYOB- Bring your own water bottle!
Consider bringing sun protection. i.e. hat, sunglasses, long-sleeve shirt, sunscreen, etc.
Please bring your own work gloves if you have them.
Be ready to get dirty!
